About Me
I grew up in Park City, and the mountains have always been a place where I feel most grounded, present, and connected—which is part of what inspired Path & Presence Therapy. I believe meaningful therapeutic work doesn’t always have to happen sitting in an office; walking and spending time outdoors can create space to slow down, regulate the nervous system, and allow conversation and reflection to unfold more naturally. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC), I work with adults and couples and specialize in anxiety, trauma, relationships, emotional regulation, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, incorporating Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, CBT, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and mind-body practices. Whether we meet virtually or on a Park City trail, my goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, understand the patterns keeping you stuck, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.
Taking the first step toward therapy should feel simple. Whether you’re interested in telehealth or Walk & Talk Therapy, choose a time that works for you and we’ll begin from there. I look forward to meeting you, hearing your story, and helping you find your path forward.
